VIS-G23

It has been created as an evolution of the VIS-G25 , which has been modified in order to improve the flow of the glue, that we need to control, considering also all the possible inconveniences.
The measuring chambers and the spherical element which read them  have been  increased ,  by means of a management software.
The washing system has been improved by an intensive cycle and by inserting a fourth pneumatic valve which adds atomised solvent in the circuit.
The functioning principle follows the VIS-G25, it calculates the speed of fall of a body in the liquid, keeping constant the viscosity.
The detector, located in danger zone, gets some glue which goes from the pump towards the basin.
Due to the absence of moving bodies and the innovative self-washing device, at the end of the work intervention or maintenance by the operator is not needed.
In fact the cleaning of the entrance and exit  of the glue is carried out in automatic mode by pressing just one key  and with the 3 valves closed , so that the solvent stays in the detector avoiding dried glue when the machine is not working.

VISUALIZATION AND CONTROL PANEL

• Backlighted LCD 20x4 display and keyboard membrane  for data setting;
• Choice of the reference cup and setting of the viscosity reference;
• Viscosity is measured with a precision of 0.1 sec.
• Temperature compensation;
• Visualization of the error of viscosity  by means of a graphic bar;
• The error is signalised ( no solvent, no glue  or viscosity over tolerance).

CONTROL G23-VID

• Rack system cabled by connectors;
• Serial communication between the PC and the control;
• EExi certified barrier.

DETECTOR G23-RIV

• G23-RIV is to be installed in danger zone near the glue tank;
• There are EExi pilot valves inside;
• Pneumatic valves are controlled by elettro-pneumatic valves;
• The feeding is carried out  by rotative or pneumatic(alternative) pump;
• Viscosity is measured with 0.1seconds accuracy.

MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING

• At the end of the work VIS-G23 is set for automatic cleaning, pushing just one key;
• As the 3 valves are closed, the solvent stays inside the detector to avoid glue from drying while the machine is not working;
• None of the mechanic part is moving.
